Particularly in a field with limited and dispersed knowledge, scientific communication may lead to improvements. Therefore, researchers responsible for this database  are open to scientific dialogue. Critical comments and suggestions for amendments and improvement are highly welcome.

Country experts have included estimates up to autumn 2008, and these are used for the database. You can propose the inclusion of additional estimates. We would be grateful if you used the  proposal template for your description. With your consent, we will acknowledge your contribution in the 'Further Estimates' file.

Additional countries could be included in the database, provided that there is funding for country reports and database processing. Proposals are welcome.
